The BCD is made with 1000 Denier Cordura on the outside panel and 500 Denier on the inside layer, providing increased resistance to erosion and extending the lifespan of the weldings. The waist strap is independent of the air bladder and can be tightened while the jacket is deflated, without squeezing the diver's stomach when inflated.

The inflator has a double air filtration system, making it easy to rinse and remove sand and debris. The backplate system is made with ultra-durable thermoplastic, compact and lightweight, with a rubber damper to grip the tank. 3 exhaust valves allow for buoyancy adjustment in any position, and 2 large pockets with Velcro closure have compartments for a pressure gauge and octopus.
